Cuidados en el hogar:

No hay terapia para la mayoría de los casos de nistagmo congénito y la disponibilidad de tratamiento para el nistagmo adquirido varía de acuerdo con la causa. En la mayoría de los casos, el nistagmo es irreversible, excepto cuando la causa es el consumo de Dilantin o la toxicidad por alcohol.
