Triptófano - Información general

Definición:

Es un aminoácido necesario para el crecimiento normal en los bebés y para el equilibrio de nitrógeno en los adultos. Es un aminoácido esencial, lo cual significa que el cuerpo no lo puede producir y se debe obtener a partir de la dieta.
