Metástasis hepática - Síntomas

Síntomas:

En algunos casos, son asintomáticos. Cuando existen síntomas, algunos de ellos son:

  • Pérdida de peso
  • Dolor, generalmente en el cuadrante superior derecho del abdomen
  • Ictericia
  • Fiebres
  • Sudoración
  • Náuseas
  • Anorexia

Signos y exámenes:

Los exámenes que se pueden llevar a cabo para diagnosticar las metástasis al hígado son:

  • Prueba de bilirrubina en sangre que puede estar alta
  • Pruebas de la función hepática que pueden ser anormales
  • TC o IRM que puede mostrar una masa en el hígado
  • TEP que puede mostrar una masa en el hígado
