Definición:

Una cortadura es una lesión que ocasiona una ruptura o abertura de la piel.

Una laceración es una cortadura irregular con aspecto mellado.

Una punción es una herida hecha con un objeto puntiagudo (como un clavo, un cuchillo o un diente afilado).
